The Chartered Alliance of Professionals (CAP) is a distinguished body registered under the Societies Act XXI of 1860, with registration number 4721/1968, dated 15th March 1968, in New Delhi. For over five decades, we have been the collective voice of professionals in the engineering, technology, and infrastructure sectors.

Our mission is to uphold the welfare of our members, promote technical excellence, and contribute to the strategic development of the sector. We facilitate knowledge sharing, professional development, and advocate for policies that benefit both professionals and the public.

Frequently Asked Questions

Application is through our online portal. You'll need a recommendation from two existing members and to submit your professional credentials for review by the Membership Committee. The process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Annual dues are ₹3,500 for working professionals and ₹1,500 for retired or associate members. All fees contribute directly to our advocacy, welfare, and professional development programs.
Once your membership is confirmed, you'll receive login credentials to the members-only portal where the database is available. It contains contact details and professional profiles of all active members.
Yes, we have active chapters in the UAE, the UK, the USA, and Singapore, with over 1,200 members based internationally. Visit our Chapters page to learn more about international activities.
