What documents do I need to open an account?
A valid government-issued ID (KTP or Passport), an NPWP/Tax ID, and a recent photograph. For corporate accounts, we need the company's deed, business license, and photos of the directors.
Is my money safe with Meridian Bankhouse?
Yes. We are licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). All deposits are guaranteed by the LPS up to Rp 2 billion. We also hold ISO 27001 for information security.
How fast is the loan approval process?
For personal loans up to Rp 100 million, we aim to disburse within 24 hours after verification. Larger amounts may take 2–3 business days. All decisions are communicated via email and SMS.
