Structural design for a 4-storey, 12,000 m² mixed-use development comprising 84 residential units and ground-floor commercial space. Delivered on a constrained brownfield site adjacent to the River Brent.

Victoria Road, Richmond
Full structural package for a 3-storey, 180 m² rear extension and loft conversion to a period Victorian terrace. Included a steel-framed rear elevation with full-glazed sliding doors and a suspended concrete floor.
