We accept BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealth, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and most major PPO/HMO plans. Our team can help verify your coverage before your first visit — just give us a call.
General visiting hours are from 9 AM to 8 PM daily. Our ICU and NICU have more flexible arrangements for immediate family — just check with the nursing station for details.
You can request your records through our patient portal, by emailing records@luminacare.health, or visiting our medical records office. We typically process requests within 3 business days.
